We have been using Dr. Prause for almost 9 years. We always get in the day we call. I have never waited longer than 45 minutes and much less when the issue is more serious. My kids love going to see him and enjoy his Physician's Assistant as well. The only negative to his practice is the staff behind the desk. They will put you on hold somtimes and forget about you. However when we have needed referrals to specialists they have always gotten right on it. It is worth the hassel with the staff to get his expertise.

The chairs in the waiting room were pretty standard I suppose. They served their purpose while we were waiting, but it would have been nice if my child and I were a little more comfortable.
This pediatrician is so kind and has the most wonderful bedside manner. They are really in tune with children and my child is definitely a fan. One thing I like about them, is that they always have at least one doctor or nurse practitioner as back-up support for when the pediatrician gets sick or is unavailable. I know someone will always be able to take care of my child. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while.
