For the last year my husband has been going to them for severe pains and they just kept giving him different meds and not doing any tests to find out what was going on. I have since changed drs and now it seems that he has to be tested for cancer so we wasted a year of valuable time messing with this doctor office that did nothing.

Never, they are very reliable.

My husband is an insulin dependent diabetic who has been under Dr. Smith's care for over 10 years. We have no insurance and our income is so low that Lilly Cares takes care of his Humilog for free. Smith's office has been charging us 10 dollars per FAX to Lilly Cares with our paperwork that has to be filled out by Dr. Smith every 6 months. They now refuse to FAX our paperwork. This month he was prescribed 15 vials of insulin and they only gave him 8 vials. He called Lilly Cares and they reported to my husband they sent 18 vials for my husband. We are very grateful to Lilly Cares for their kindness. We are not grateful to Smith's office for stealing more than half of it.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I don't like the fact that he is only open 4 1/2 days a week and that you have to see a PA. If you want to see the Dr. he only comes in two days a week and he comes in late so since there are no appointments if you want to see the Dr. you have to be there at 7:30am and wait for him to come in which is usually 9:00am and you are still waiting. I will wait most times because he know his job very well and will take time to talk to you and not rush you out like most Dr's.
