I was referred to Dr. Monks office due to a skin condition that was causing severe pain; while trying to schedule an appointment I was told it was either the next day or three months from now. Appointment was schedule at 10:30 and I did not even get seen until an hour later.

Appointments are made due to our working schedule, there is a complete disregard for anyone else's schedule but his own. He met with pharmaceutical reps for an extended period of time which pushed all his appointments behind.

When asking the staff approximately how much longer until I would be taken back, they brushed me off like I was not important and that I was bothering them. I am sorry but your job is contingent on the patients. Absolutely horrible office staff and doctor.

Does not listen. Does not seem to care. Combative when you ask him questions (as if you're challenging him). Over several visits barely saw him for more than 2 minutes at a time. Never resolved my illness. Went to a general practicioner and condition was resolved two days after this visit. Would not ask him to take care of my dog much less a friend or relative.

Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. In fact, when I was asked questions my answers were disregarded so there was no point. He didn't even look at the issue, I had makeup on that was not removed. He just shined a light on my face for not even 2 seconds and gave me an answer then left when I had questions.
