This front desk/office manager is very rude. The office does not have an answering machine and their phone line is continuously busy. They do not work with HSA's and have no idea what they are doing. They threaten collections and you are not able to get a hold of them to tell there has been an error by your insurance company. Rude, Rude, Rude. I would never go back.
