They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. I may wait awhile sometimes, But Dr Bonacquisti has often spent 40 minutes or more with me answering my questions. He gave me the most complete exam I have ever had. He found the reason behind several problems I have faced for years, without any other Doctor being able to help.

The wait was absolutely ridiculous. It messed up my entire day. They seemed like they were extremely irritated to be at work, and that they couldn't wait for me to leave. They didn't seem to want to help anyone. Something I really hated about this office was their waiting room chairs. You would think a cosmetic surgeon could afford more comfortable chairs but they were so cheap and horrible! They left me completely alone for a long time and I became very nervous.
