Dr. Kemp = Terrific Professional.
She is empathetic to both children & parents. Most importantly - SHE LISTENS and talks to (not above) us (parents).
My child suffered chronic ear infections from 7 months to age two; this was WITH tubes in both ears.
Within one month Dr. Kemp had resolved. Child is now a teenager and only had 2 additional ear infections, EVER. Will remain a patient of Dr. Kemp as long as we can.

The doctor was recommended by other doctor. At the first visit, she suggested us to do an allergy test for a better diagnose, so took the test.Couples months after the dr. office visit, we got a bill of over $300, then we contacted the insurance that the test was not the regular visit, so we should meet $500 min deducble amount, then the insurance will cover the rest. The doctor were suppose to remind us that the test she recommend may involve the deductble and we may check with the insurance first to decide if we would do the test or not, rather than say nothing and assume the patient should know everything. We were very dispointed and felt that the doctor only cared about dragg money from the clients and care less about the customer service. We won't recommend such service to any of our friend.
