Staff made a mistake in billing code. He refused to have them resubmit, "Said it wasn't worth their time." I was out hundreds of dollars. Obviously puts staff above patients. What a jerk. AND messed up my thyroid dosage. Said himself, "Your heart is beating like a racehorse." Could have given me a heart attack.
