Dr. Rezak has now moved to CDH in Winfield. Winfield is 40 miles from my house BUT you can't find quality care like Dr. Rezak. He's worth the trip! I want the best for my family and he's the best! Dr. Rezak takes his time to answer any and all questions but most importantly treats my parent with the utmost respect. My parent is not the easiest to deal with but that doesn't stop him. When I lose my patience, Dr. Rezak calms me and helps put everything in perspective. He's the best!!
