I wouldn't feel comfortable sending my friends and family here. The staff here was rude and unwelcoming. Totally not a family environment at all. This person should not be a family practitioner. He is so rude and treated me like a child! Every time I come in for an appointment, and throughout the appointment, I'm always having to remind them who I am and what my circumstances are. It's very frustrating. Dr Heyerdahl, knowing my financial situation, ordered multiple expensive tests without telling me about the cost, found nothing and ended up putting me in debt because of the bill. Do not trust this "doctor". He has no idea what hes doing and will most likely just write you a ton of prescriptions that wont work instead of trying to find out what is actually wrong with you. Dr Heyerdahl doesn't know how to deal with people who are not well off like himself. If he had one ounce of empathy he would've done something about the massive bill that he tricked me into having to pay.
Dr. Heyerdahl, next time you perform that many tests to an unemployed uninsured patient you should tell them how much it's going to cost beforehand. I'm sure you don't even care about me and my situation. I'm sure u don't even care about my family.

Sometimes, they should allow for more time in between appointments

Not at all! They were boring and outdated

"I have been with Primary Care Associates of Appleton for many years and I have always had a good experience. I have been a patient of Dr. Heyerdahl for 31 years. No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
