Very helpful and GREAT plastic surgeon. Dr. Martin clearly explained my options and was careful to understand what I wanted out of my procedure. He also made sure I knew what to expect - this was great because I'd done research online and still wasn't completely sure. I'm glad he talked through everything with me so I could make the decision fully informed. I'm very happy with my results!

I was given a brief greeting when I walked through the door, but no one made any sort of effort to help me. I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service anywhere else. They didn't display their qualifications.. They were far to arrogant and oversold the need for a tummy tuck versus liposuction, and said I needed a face lift (despite looking five years younger than my age. He also demeaned the idea that one might want to lose abdominal or chin fat as "everyone wants to look like a victory's secret model. Was cold impersonal. This had been my experience 15 years earlier when he had stitched up my babies eyebrow and got flustered by a 1 year old's crying. Can't believe he's lasted this long, but hear he is retiring. I thank him for his directness and honesty- that we both agreed I should just lose some weight. He said come see him again after I do, and I thought "never in your life". Completely humorless person. Perhaps doing cosmetic work for the average citizen is what he views his skills for. Maybe he only wants to work on people in dire need. Or maybe he just lacks a personality and friendly feel. Or maybe all of these. Would never voluntarily see this person for cosmetic surgery barring needing immediate post traumatic surgery. There have to be equally skilled people who have a bedside manner and a personality. Three experiences over a 15 year period don't lie. I feel sorry for him to be honest.

Not at all! I was able to schedule my surgery at my own convenience
