Cannot believe the disregard for human life and lack of common courtesy. Patients waiting for an hour and then spend less than 10 minutes with them. No follow-up with rehab facility to determine what progress has been made. Instructs patient to find other physicians to fill in the gaps when he is fully capable of handling the situation. Staff is overwhelmed and unwilling to help with LTD forms which means patient goes for months and months with no income while inurance company has to fight with them for the information. He obviously has a steady stream of customers coming from St. Joes pontiac so he does not need to have a good reputation.

Not at all. They saw me but didn't greet me at all

They seemed to know what they were talking about most of the time, but I still wasn't very comfortable. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. They were far to arrogant to get any sort of outside advice, even though they knew they should. I was hoping to see someone that considered my safety more important than always having an answer. They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered.

I wasn't worried about their equipment at all. I could tell it was safe and well taken care of. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged.
