My husband went there. He had to pay his co pay prior to being seen. We never received a bill, yet today we received a collections notice. This is very shady business practice. Be very careful dealing witb them.

We have received now TWO bills from this office in the past month. One occurred we can only surmise when our pharmacy called for a refill on a medication. We received the second one today for a "NO SHOW" for an appointment. I have placed a call into their service (at 1:33 pm on 11 Jan 2013) asking them to call back and speak with me so that I can CANCEL ALL FUTURE APPOINTMENTS WITH THIS OFFICE!!! NO ONE whatsoever called to remind us of this appointment, nor did anyone email or contact us otherwise. When the appointment was made, the clerk said they would put me down for an appointment six months from the date of my last visit. I told her I could not give her a date without first checking on my calendar. She said that was fine, she would put me down and that someone would call and I could change it if I needed to do so. NONE OF THIS HAPPENED!!! NO PHONE CALLS, PERIOD!! This is the most unprofessional group I have ever worked with and fully intend NEVER to use or RECOMMEND them again!!

If personnel in this office read this BEFORE they check the message left with the answering service, the PLEASE REMOVE ME FROM ANY AND ALL FUTURE APPOINTMENTS! I WILL NOT PAY ANYMORE MONEY TO A GROUP THAT DOES NOT VIEW THEIR PATIENTS IMPORTANT ENOUGH TO FOLLOW THROUGH WITH THEM!

I WOULD LIKE A CONFIRMATION OF THIS EMAIL IF YOU HAVE ANY PROFESSIONALISM REMAINING!
