I definitely think that I could have gotten much better service somewhere else. I was amazed at how poorly they treated me. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. I find it really annoying that they don't offer glasses repairs or adjustments. I feel that every optometrist should offer this. Their exams are so much better than other optometrists I've been too. The exam was quick and pain-free.

I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. My appointment time is usually within the timeframe that is convienent. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. Myy calls are answered quickly and I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour to get it answered.
