My family has used this optometry group for many years, and I am happy with the service, professionalism and environment. The gentleman who fits our glasses is always very friendly and helpful. The only issue that we have had has been with a receptionist who was a bit rude with my husband, simply because we have different last names (even though our records show that we have been clients there for quite awhile). Also, it would help if they would mail out reminder cards when it is time to schedule another appointment.
