They definitely weren't easy to reach in an emergency. I was forced to call the emergency room in the middle of the night and was really scared. They never made any effort to follow up with me after my visit and it made me feel very unimportant. I know they see a lot of patients, but when you say you're going to follow up, you should. I couldn't believe how much they pressured me to schedule my surgery right away before I had any time to think about whether I wanted to do it or not. I definitely didn't feel like they had my best interest in mind. They definitely didn't have enough staff members on hand. It seemed like one person was trying to do everything, and I ended up waiting for a very long time. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed.
