Following several post-incident and reasonable suspicion drug tests, we had the misfortune of dealing with OPS. They were the slowest drug testing service I've ever seen, and never bothered to communicate anything despite several calls from both HR and Safety. They just showed no care at all. In a Union-associated company, every day counts... so taking over a week to get results is simply unacceptable.

They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. I wasn't worried about their equipment. It was safe and well taken care of. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional.
