I had Lasik surgery in 2008, would do it over again. Can see much better. I'm having trouble contacting anyone at the clinic to get my medical records, get a recording stating the number is no longer in service. G. Michael Taft did my surgery but I also saw Kathryn E. Phillips. Who do I contact in order to get my records?
