It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. The doctor and staff made every effort to make me feel welcome. They are so friendly and nice-great people. I took my girls there for years and Dr Pappas knows what he is doing and how to calm nervious kids and parents.....

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!

Not at all, they were glad to help me with anything I needed
