They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. My issue was hearing loss, roaring ears and a constant feeling of fullness in my right ear. Tubes were placed, and profusion performed and I have been home two weeks. So far there has been no change for me. Dr. Pappas said to give it one month for maximum results so I am still hopeful and do have follow up appt. on 5-2-12. I live four hours from Birmingham so is costly to travel, stay in motel for four nights so far, but certainly worth it, if positive results occur. I liked and trusted Dr. Pappas, but am currently discouraged about no improvement. There have been several people with similar ear issues asking me if I have been helped as they would see Dr. Pappas, Jr. if so. Verdict is still out.
