The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan.
