New to the Greenville area, we brought our three children to Children's Medical Center. Over the past year we have had numerous problems with this practice: medical prescriptions not being sent to the pharmacy (after repeated attempts); being told at 4:00pm to just go to the Emergency Room as their office closes at 4:30; repeat visits due to poor diagnosis.

Finally, when you need to leave this practice, they refuse the courtesy of sending your files to your new physician unless you pay a $15 fee per child.

Avoid this practice at all costs!

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful but usually appointment time is not kept. Wait is usually more than an hour

I couldn't believe how encouraging and supportive they were. They never ridiculed or dismissed my opinions on parenting issues, and were always so considerate. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. After I told them that I'd like to seek a second opinion, not only did they not get upset, they encouraged it. It made me trust them and their motives all the more.
