I would not call Mr Willis a doctor. He misdiagnosed me several times with, in his words, the worst case of GERD and a severe hiatal hernia he has ever seen. He sent me to a specialist and he was proven wrong and he did not like it. I have a mild case of gastritis and a minimal hernia I suffer in severe pain every day and refuses to recommend me to a pain specialist or give me the medicines I need to manage the pain I go thru on a daily basis. He even said," You are the healthiest man I have ever met!" even though I may have MS or Cauda Equine Syndrome. When I told him I have a condition called MS Hug/ Girdling that makes if very hard to breathe, he denies there is there is such a condition. I am a retired Respiratory Therapist, retired from New Hanover Regional Medical Center, Wilmington, NC. He insist all my problems were from GERD and when he was touted and proven wrong he has mistreated me as a patient. I recommend his license be reviewed and taken from him. He takes your money and doesn't treat you!

I can't review Dr Willis because I wasn't able to see him. So, I have to review the practice. I went in as a new patient and was left in the examination room for 1.5 hours without ever seeing a doctor. No one ever checked on me. I finally went to the front desk to say I was leaving and they had forgotten that I was even in there. No, I will not be returning.

Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier!

Dr. Willis is great and cares about his patients. He does not rush his time with you. That can be a plus if you do not mind the wait. They are great about getting you in same day, if needed. Now instead of checking in with a person, you sign in a personal computer they keep in the waiting room. It takes your history, personal information, and you even swipe your credit card before treatment. I personally do not like this feature. It makes me feel as though they are taking the people out of healthcare, and makes me feel as though money is their priority. I have also had some issues with perscriptions call-ins. I am not sure who is at fault in this situation, my doctor's office, or my pharmacy.
