Dr Nguyen is extremely friendly, explanative and helpful. The receptionists, however, are shockingly insensitive, pushy and offensive. I've had to 'deal' w/different receptionists at least 5 times over the past 10 years, and that's putting it lightly. It's an unfortunately high wall of ugly to go through in order to achieve such great health care.
