Unfortunately, I have complex ears that have stumped numerous ENTs . . . until I met Dr. Karl Diehn. Dr. Diehn has always been very thorough with his diagnosis and explanations and promptly responds to any questions/concerns that I call with, arrive with, or e-mail to him . . . often responding after posted office hours then finding a way to squeeze me in when necessary. Dr. Diehn's persistence has decreased my necessary office visits significantly and increased my hearing even more! Thanks to Dr. Diehn and his wonderful staff!

Never, they are very reliable.

Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away

After waiting over an hour, we saw Dr. Diehn for about five minutes, during which time he rushed us and answered multiple questions with "I don't know" or "there's no way to know that" (I was hoping for at least an educated guess from someone who'd been through med school and has been practicing medicine for several decades). Without weighing the pros and cons of doing a surgical procedure on my child--and without being able to give a diagnosis--he said casually, "just bring her back in a month and we'll do the procedure." (???!!!) He was pleasant enough and very sweet to my child, but we left the appointment with no more answers than when we arrived.

My questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was satisfied with my visit. They were helpful. The office was easy to locate. I had to wait about 25 minutes.
