My entire family has been coming to this practice for a couple years and today I am turned away for being 4 minutes late to an appointment. Two months ago they apparently instituted a zero late policy - unbeknownst to be. When I asked for proof they told me, they could not produce a signed acknowledgement; they said they leave it on the reminder message, which I never received. I even called the office this morning to confirm the appointment and they never said anything about this absurd policy. I acknowledged I was late and indicated that the fire trucks and ambulances in the parking lot delayed my parking and I had to park farther away from the building than I ordinarily would have. Did it take 4 minutes? Probably not, but where is the application of what is 'reasonable'? Then I asked to speak with the doctor and he flat out refused to see me. I asked if 4 minutes was worth 4 patients and again was told they have a zero wait policy, so I assume it was worth my family's business. And I assume Dr. Hotchkiss' Mercedes is already paid for. Absolutely pitiful.

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in
