Very friendly staff and the Doctors are exceptionally kind and comfortable to work with. I am very happy to have this provider right in my neighborhood.

Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs.

It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan.

They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. The chairs in their waiting room were definitely above average. I was comfortable.
