Dr.Stein was my children's pediatrician during 1964 to 1968 and without any doubts he is the best of the best. unprecedented medical care, but oh so much more. Our family shall always keep Dr.Stein in our thoughts and prayers. His patients were Louis and Patrice Pujol.
Dr. Stein it was an honor and a previledge knowing you. Thank you.

I love the Stein Brothers. I went to them when I was little in 1970.... Now my son goes there. I love the old school ways of thinking.

The phone rang a lot and it was really annoying

No, it was fine

Not really, it wasn't very clean

No, they were fully staffed

No, they are really great about answering the phone right away

Yes, I've never had to worry about them missing any important information

Absolutely!

Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation.
Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

Not at all. They encouraged second opinions

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately
Did this provider ever take personal phone calls while in the appointment room with you?
He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed?
Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance
Do other parents within your community respect this pediatrician?
Absolutely! Every parent in my community thinks very highly of them

The staff is very responsive to your needs, an no question goes unanswered. If you need a form completed or a change in your appointment they always respond quickly and politely. Drs. Stein & Stein provide solid advice and answer all questions, and personally follow up after sick appointments to check on the child's well-being.
