Their staff is friendly and welcoming. They are warm and professional, and make the whole experience better. Some of their equipment was very advanced and modern, some very basic and functional. I was impressed. The chairs in the waiting room at this doctor's office were comfortable. I've already told my friends and family about finding this wonderful doctor over 4 hours from where I live who was willing to see me for lyme disease treatment, who didn't just send me away with lyme disease after a month of taking all the antibiotics, but offered a prescription for a natural followup of a list of foods "to eat and not to eat" to enhance digestion and alleviate pain and a coinciding series of herbal regiments to treat or prevent co-diseases. I was impressed with my appointment. My questions were answered and explained better than my home doctors could answer them about a disease that is still little known. I was skeptical at first, but now, 10 months later, I feel much better and my arthritis joint pain which I had before this last tic bite is much better, a non issue, and no pain medicine, in fact, I'm now off all medicines and feeling much better. Even the cracking and pealing of the skin on my feet went away!?! Thank you!

I traveled four and half hours by recommendation to come to the Bangor Medical Center to see Dr. Francis Cinelli. Everyone there seemed careful and meticulous. They went above and beyond to help me with my concerns. After talking with a number of other patients of theirs outside of the office and out of the area, I feel I can trust them. One of the first things I noticed when I arrived about the Bangor Medical Center was that it was easy to get from the parking lot to the entrance and in the building which is handicap-accessible. The receptionists and assistants greeted me right inside the door. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs. The staff was extremely welcoming and accommodating. Really friendly, warm people. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time and seemed to be concerned and willing to treat my whole person and not just the Lyme Disease I came such a distance for.
