I definitely think that I could have gotten much better service somewhere else. I was amazed at how poorly Dr Leber treated me. I was unaware of their policies for a second procedure if something went wrong with the first. I felt very comfortable going into surgery. He didn't follow through with almost everything they told me I would get when I first arrived. I feel like they slighted me. He seemed to know what he was talking about , but the results were few, if any. I wish they had shown my some before and after photos from other patients, but they didn't. It would have given me more confidence in their level of skill to acheive some results.
One of the first things I noticed about this business was the level of detail and attention to make the building handicap-accessible. Even the bathrooms were designed to be accessible with doors wide enough to accommodate wheelchairs and grab bars in the stalls. You could tell they really made an effort to accommodate people with all different needs. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. He's done my surgeries since I was 10yrs old maybe younger he's a great guy..
