Dr. Cohen is very nice, however the office staff that answer the phone are very rude. They refuse to look up pharmacy numbers if you do not have it on you, or look in your chart if you can't remember the name of your hard to pronounce prescription. The last time I called, the woman actually said to me, 'Well what do you want?' The doctor needs to tell me what I need, that is why I am calling. I will be changing doctors just to avoid calling and dealing with rude people.

He paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. His staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. He was helpful. The office was easy to locate. I didn't have a bad experience.
