Everything they originally told me they would be able to do for me, they ended up not being able to do. I felt lied to. They make no effort to make me feel special. I don't think they appreciate my loyalty to them. They need to treat their staff with more respect. They weren't overly rude but they could have been a lot nicer. I was very unimpressed with their level of skill. It seemed like they had just started yesterday. They probably could have used some continuing education courses to get up-to-date on more current methods.
