I appreciated that they allowed me to accompany my child, and didn't make me wait in the waiting room. It's always made me nervous when I wasn't allowed to be with my child at other places. I love the way that they interact with both me and my child every time we visit. They always respect my child's individuality and make an extra effort to always include them. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. I was completely at ease during my appointment here. They went to great lengths to make sure I was completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time.

We travelled 90 miles each way to take my daughter to Dr. Bovenzi for treatment of her chronic Lyme Disease and co-infections. The doctor and her staff were wonderful. The visits were lengthy and detailed, and she took everything I had to say seriously. I was amazed at how much time she took to listen to me, answer my questions, and explain the diseases. Best of all, my daughter is now well! I only wish Dr. Bovenzi were closer to home so she could be our regular pediatrician.
