I felt totally satisfied upon leaving my visit. Everything I needed was taken care of and they made it so easy for me. I was so happy to have gone to the appointment. All of my questions were answered thoroughly during my appointment. I was given information that helped me out a lot. I had a cardiac stress test and EKG and sonogram imaging of my heart. Everything was well explained and I received good advice.

Ok. First off let me say that I am not a patient but am a private duty aide for a couple who frequents this office. Dr. Saviano could not have been nicer- taking his time with the patient and explaining procedures amd concerns at length, but this staff is absolutely horendous. His wife, Jean is a tyrant who runs the office like everyone is her children; She screams at them, talks down to everyone and is obviously not doind a good job running the office because it is not efficient. This lady Jean needs to be replaced by someone that has a heart and knows how to speak to people- not only to the patients but to the staff as well. I would mever attend this office as a patient no matter how nice Dr. Saviano is because the atmosphere when that woman is in the office is too stressful.

The yelling and rudeness (cutting down staff in front of patients) of the office manager made my visits very stressful. She is the first impression of the office and everyone seemed to fear her and I wasn't sure if I would get the best care in this environment. Everyone seemed to be controlled and affected by her and no one was at ease. I am looking for another doctor just so I don't have to deal with her again. If things go south with my health a knowledgeable and supportive staff is going to be critical.

The office manger, Joanne, is rude. She is unfriendly not only to patients but she screams and yells at staff and ridicules them in front of everyone!!!! It is so stressful to sit and listen to her. She is allowed to get away with this as she is Dr. Saviano's wife. I finally had to find another doctor asI could not tolerate the atmospehere anymore.
