Dr. Peng is fine. Have not seen any of the other Dr.s yet. Feels rushed. Front office staff is not very friendly at all. No smiles, all business. Very disappointing for a Pediatrician's office.

Not one bit! I felt much better when I left!

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

Dr. Farinella was excellent and thorough - no rushed feeling at all. However, their staff was not friendly at all, and I definitely didn't feel welcome there. The nurse or med asst or whatever she was never introduced herself or told me her title before starting to take kids measurements & ask about med history. Only 1 chair in exam room - really ridiculous when you have 2 kids and nowhere to sit. When I had to call on a weekend night with question about serious symptoms, got a call back right away by a doctor, and they followed up with me the next day to make sure everything was ok. However, when they had to cancel a previously scheduled appointment, the scheduling person was so uncaring as to be borderline rude, and couldn't reschedule me for a month! Not even a half-hearted apology given either. The 2 doctors I worked with were great, but staff falls way short of basic intelligence and personality norms. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but the staff certainly didn't make any extra effort.

On two seperate occasions the doctors FAILED to run the appropriate tests on my child. The first instance was when my 2 year old son went in with what seemed to be an acute case of brinchitis. Dr. Vissi claimed that it appeared to be a simple cold. It turned into a full case of pnemonia. After realization that a mistake had Ben made Dr. Sinatra became the lead on the case and the problem was remidied.
The second case happened on 6/5/12 when my 6 year old daughter went in with a deep boil infection. Dr. Sinatra drained it manually and again FAILED to do any further testing such as a culture. After returning a week later with another infection, I demanded a culture be taken. Turns out it was a case of MSRA which is potentially
LIFE THREATENING. BOTTOM LINE IS DO NOT USE THIS PRACTICE FOR ANYTHING OTHER THAN A PHYSICAL. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The office was easy enough to find. If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else.

Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her

Sometimes, they should allow for more time in between appointments

Absolutely! They respect my child's individuality and always address both of us

The wait wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best

Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

Not at all. They encouraged second opinions
