Dr. Halweil's staff is very friendly and professional. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. His staff was very knowledgeable and qualified. They were kind and attentive to me, like the doctor, who set a fine example of professional compassion for his staff to follow.
