They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field.

One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here.

They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.
