They made an extra effort to emphasize preventative care, and gave me a ton of information about child safety and nutrition. I felt like they genuinely cared about my child's health. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. After I told them that I'd like to seek a second opinion, not only did they not get upset, they encouraged it. It made me trust them and their motives all the more. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen.

I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. I couldn't believe how encouraging and supportive they were. They never ridiculed or dismissed my opinions on parenting issues, and were always so considerate. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. I love that whenever my child is sick, they get them in right away. I never have to worry that my child will have to suffer while waiting for an appointment.

There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded.
