It seemed like they were trying to rush my appointment and were annoyed to be helping me. It was obvious that they wanted to be somewhere else. I noted that the chairs in their waiting room weren't the best, but that wasn't too big of an issue for me. They weren't very understanding or caring, and they didn't show empathy for my situation. I could tell I wasn't their primary concern. I ended up spending quite a bit for my visit. They were very expensive.
