I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. Remembering clients by name is not a very big concern for the staff here because every time I come in for an appointment I constantly have to remind them who I am. It would be nice to be recognized at least once is all I'm saying. I was disappointed that their staff didn't seem to respect them very much. They weren't disrespectful but I could tell they didn't have a very good relationship. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are.

Dr Lowe was disrespectful to my child - assuring her that most patients were sicker than her (when finally diagnosed by a pediatrician at Children's Hospital we discovered she was positive to Epstein-Bar (mono). My daughter was out of school for 6 weeks and is now back part time. Further only after repeated visits and angry phone calls she agreed to a chest x-ray indicating that she didn't think it was necessary - in fact as a result of x-ray she was diagnosed with pneumonia!
