I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time.

I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. They were late a few times to my appointments. I wish they had made more of an effort to be on time. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments
