I wouldn't feel comfortable sending my friends and family here. Although the doctor is in our insurance plan, they did not work to coordinate the care with the insurance, follow-up on insurance matters, or follow-up with me when I asked them to get back with me. In fact I thought the billing matter was resolved only to get a follow-up response five months later! And then I was tossed from person to person, and they refused to contact my insurance company to help rectify the billing matter associated with incompatible billing codes. So, finally I had to go through my insurance company's appeal process.

I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me.

They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. They barely had any magazines to choose from, and the ones that were available weren't very interesting. I felt very rushed. They barely spent two minutes with me and almost completely ignored me. When I told them about my situation, they were somewhat understanding, but they could have been more caring. They didn't try very hard to understand where I was coming from.

I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment. They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. As far as I'm concerned, Dr Charani is the best there is, hands down!!!
