Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional.

They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy.

The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. They're able to answer most of my questions, and the only ones they don't are the ones they need their boss's approval for. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice.
