I was a little disappointed at how helpful the staff was when I arrived for my appointment - of which, I had to wait 2 1/2 months for an available appointment date. There was an issue with my insurance when they called to verify it. Rather than work with me to get it resolved, the the staff member became dismissive and pretty much told me I could either pay from my pocket or reschedule for a later date. After waiting so long for my first appointment, I decided I would just try a different dermatologist. I'm sure Dr. Garner is probably a good dermatologist, but I was definitely put off from revisiting due to my interaction with one of her staff members.

They offer the best pricing I've ever seen. I couldn't believe how little I ended up having to pay. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it.
