It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. I considered their waiting area chairs to be pretty average. They were about the same as other medical providers' offices.

Not at all, I showed up early and they were ready to see me

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. They've never dismissed any of my concerns as unimportant, and take every concern of mine very seriously. Getting an appointment at this office wasn't too difficult. Their office was clean enough, nothing special though. They were late a few times to my appointments. I wish they had made more of an effort to be on time.

It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here.
