They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options. I left feeling very confused and frustrated. I don't feel like I can count on them to work with me until they find a solution for my situation. They always seem like they're going to give up on me. Dr. Luchtan told me if I wanted I could drain the blood out of my son with unnecessary tests! He did not offer an alternative course of action and did not call to see if my son was ok. We WERE new patients and my sons' glands were enormous that morning.

All of them! They also gave me more information that I wasn't aware of

Absolutely. They make sure I am always able to be with my child at all times
If your child is sick can the pediatrician see him/her on the same day?
Yes, if my child is sick they get them in right away

It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. I can see now why they specialized as a pediatrician because they were so kid friendly. They put in the extra effort to make my child feel special and important. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place.

They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. I was impressed by how knowledgeable they were about immunizations. They answered every question I had. I appreciate that they've never over-treated my child. I've had some doctors that want to run really expensive tests or make you get an X-Ray for a very common illness, but they don't do that here.
