I was able to relax during my appointment here. Everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of.

I didn't mind that they scheduled all of my procedures for the same day. Normally that might have bothered me, but all of my procedures were very simple, and could be done at the same time. This provider has so much helpful information available online. They have an impressive website that's easy to use, with forms that you can fill out before your appointment. They also have a great online presence in multiple directories. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all.

One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. I really appreciated that they didn't pressure me to schedule my surgery right away, or on a specific day. I was able to schedule it on the day I wanted to, and had plenty of time to think it over.

One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. They offered plenty of financing DR.TILLER WAS AWESOME VERY NICE DR. AND VERY UNDERSTANDING OF ALL MY NEEDS, VERY HAPPY WITH MY OUT COME OF SURGERY HAD BUTT IMPLANTS DONE AND COULD NOT BE HAPPIER IT WAS NOT PAIN FULL AT ALL..... ALSO HAD LIPO THAT WAS PAIN FULL AND WOULD NOT HAVE THAT DONE AGAIN BUT WOULD GO TO SEE DR. TILLER AGAIN FOR WORK..options to work with my financial situation. I was able to pay for my procedure without any problems. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. They had a huge selection of magazines in the waiting room. I was able to find some of my favorites and they kept me entertained while I was waiting for my appointment.
