They made me feel respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. They were able to answer all of my questions about immunizations,.He is more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when he didn't have an answer to my question. He actually coordinated a diagnostic and treatment plan with another of my specialists. He isn't even slightly arrogant. The wait for appointments in the waiting room is long, but I have always gotten incredible attention once it was my turn, as if I was the only patient on the books. The office staff does not seem capable of messing up!
