I had an appointment approx. March 2023 after waiting for several months to see the doctor. The day of my appointment it snowed a little and they cancelled the appointment. After that they kept saying they haven't rescheduled me yet. After waiting and calling several times with no appointment I quit. And I'm GLAD I did. Her reviews are very bad. I am finally having my eye done this month by a highly rated eye doctor. Below 1 star for Balin Eye.

All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality
