2 1/2 lbs red potatoes, unpeeled, quartered
3 cloves garlic, peeled
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Add the potatoes and garlic to a large pan and fill with water.
Bring to a boil over medium heat.
When boiling, reduce the heat and simmer for 25 minutes or until the potatoes are tender.
Drain the water and then add the butter, milk, and salt. Mash everything together.
Add the Parmesan cheese and stir.
