1 tablespoon brown sugar
2 tablespoons honey
1/4 cup soy sauce
2 teaspoons fresh ginger, chopped
2 teaspoons garlic, chopped
2 tablespoons hot sauce
Salt and black pepper to taste
4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar, honey, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, and hot sauce.
Salt and pepper the chicken on both sides. In a pan over medium heat, cook the chicken about 3 minutes on each side.
Add the brown sugar mixture and simmer uncovered for 8-10 minutes or until sauce thickens. Serve immediately
